Terrible Stay

The stay was terrible. Room was stinking, bathroom was dirty. Service was pathetic. I ordered food and they ordered it from zomato. And served me with zomato packing on.

Terrible Stay

There was no stay at all. I was denied check in as booking was not reflecting in their system. I have sent email to you and request a call bk on my alternate number but n till now no response from your end. Kindly refund my money. Do u even confirm from client before sending msg for feedback? check your email n reply. When i am getting my refund?
