I’ve had an awful experience being with them; after spending so much, it really felt like a total waste of money.

Its a cheap hotel. With name international. Internet remained off for entire evening. Till morning. And even after repeated telling. No lift after 8 pm. Shabby plastered rooms. Shabby toilet. Door hinge hanging on 1 mm wooden hole. You can kick it in. Taps rusted. Falling apart. Full of mosquitos. No repellent. No night bulb. Ok for rs. 500 per night rate perhaps. Nearest good restaurant is 2km range. Not worth staying here.

Lot on mosquito and they dont gave all-out on complaints gave burning coil which is hazardoust to health and has pungent smell, no outer lock to bathroom, poor service.

Lift goes out of service frequently, Their geysers do not work they rotate the water heating rod 1 by 1 in different rooms, room beadset and blanket they use same for multiple visitors very dirty, avoid if u have other options, and rates is over priced,

A/c not available, room was not cleaned, hot water not available for bathing, taken money for tea & in breakfast only small dish of fruits pieces & more mosquitoes in room.

I had a very disappointing stay at your hotel. The room on the fourth floor was extremely dirty and full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the lift was not working, which added to the inconvenience. This experience was far below expectations

It was a very good experience for me to stay over there and rooms were clean only thing i noticed is a light which doesn't bothered me at all but this was the only fault that i can notice else everything was very good and all the check in and out process was very smooth

Room was very small, no mirror in the washroom, phone was not working properly, geyser was not working, even water bottles were not provided, we had to fill the water, tea coffee sachets along with kettle were not provided

I was continually calling the reception to send someone to the room as ac was not working properly, but the hotel reception did't even bothered to get the the room changed. Or to send someone to check the ac. And this is not the first time when such kind of thing happened in this hotel. The hotel reception is indifferent towards the customers.
