Not recommended - we were asked to move to a nearby pg (without any kind of consideration of area, cleanliness - the pg was not even operational yet.

They didn't give us check-in. Initially lying about our booking being there. They even tried to ask us to cancel since it was free cancellation. Seemed like they were overbooked due to a wedding at their hotel. And they shifted us to a pg accommodation which was barely open. We had to stay there without any option. I'd like to ask for a partial refund. We have paid a lot for these bookings and the hotel didn't really provide adequate replacement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! from the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and quick. The room was spacious, clean with all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially cozy. Overall, a wonderful experience, and i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I don't have images

Bedsheet, blanket and towel were pathetic dirty. Poor room experience. No lift and room was on 3rd floor.

I'm staying this hotel since last 3 year, for my business that too almost every month. But since the old staff left almost 6 month back, this property is going down on every front. Last night was terrible, first room (201) which was allotted to me has noisy fan, so i changed to 206. No gyser, jet was not working, tv was not working, no kettle, and above all, no one pick phone on reception. When ordered diiner it came late after several reminder and has missing (aloo zeera) the full items which was ordered. (though they both after complain but only when my dinner was over and dishes were put outside) next morning at the check out the billed me for the missing item too. Now this has become my last stay in this property. I strongly recommend to avoid this property for your stay. You can check my past review also to get assurance that i've seen the rise and fall of this property.

Had a great stay such a decent property at a quieter place, staff is very helpful and polite also serving good quality food. Had a wonderful experience during my stay no disturbance at all decent place to stay for family and couples.

The room was not well maintained. The walls paint were dull. The door lock was half broken, felt difficult to lock and unlock. The size of room was very small. It was around 10 feet by 10 feet. How can you call it deluxe room. Please make a rule to declare rooms as deluxe based on size of room, it’s present interior conditions.

Location is good. Rooms need to be more clean. If booking is already done, then the hotel staff should allocate a room and see if all the things in the room are working properly or not before the customer enters into the room.

"i recently booked a stay for my client from kashmir at hotel mark's inn. The overall experience was okay. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. However, there were some areas for improvement.

The place is very calm and quiet. This place is little difficult to find and metro station is in 2 km. Very supportive staffs. Rooms are little older and the bathroom is not good

The hotel is situated in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. There is a park just outside the hotel full of greenery. Restaurants and shopping malls are available within walking distance. The food available at the hotel is also quite good.

The hotel was stinking, bathroom was bad, non-hot water and towels were stained. The location was difficult to reach in the night and breakfast was horrible and not worth it.

According to price the room was not worth it. I booked a deluxe room. The room was fine. Staffs were also fine. Location is also fine. But for the price, not worth it.
