Facilities are not available in room, wifi not working, where it was added amenities, bathroom is not clean, no window in room for vantilation, staff did not give me room key at check in time, and i had to come from 3rd floor to ground floor reception with my luggage, because there looks to be no security. Overall a worst experience, and i'll not recommend anyone to come here.

Room was dirty pillow and bedsheets are not clean washroom aslo not clean and very unhygienic windows also was not in rokm

They didn't allow me enter in the hotel saying room is not available but my room was already booked. I had to book another hotel. Even customer care also didn't support. Please refund my 600 rupees

Bad experience worst service and maintenance and bad customer support we complain about cleanliness they said if you want to stay stay here in that unclean room otherwise leave from here
