Room not clean, fan not working, bedsheets not clean, no locks for door, bathroom not clean, lift is not working.

Very horrible stay in my entire life book dharamsala instead of this hotel

Worst services dharmasala is better. No service because no men available to provide any type of service. Ac, geser, water swar not working after changing 2 rooms. Same condition in all room. Worst experience. Location is worst. Because liquor shop near by hotel. My advice don't waste money dharmasala iss better then this

Hotel staff was not helping us also not copretive even they not provide room service and room cleaning, we spend 3 days on same bedsheet, no tv, no wifi, no cutlery, no lift, even no door looks and its very uncomfortable, and the charge extra money for take our trolley bags to 5th floor and my opinion about this hotel is. Its not safe for couples please don't come hear also the area was very bad,

Room as well as toilet, both was very dirty.At night there was power loss due to which when they start generator and forcefully they shut A.C. Supply.

Very pathetic stay, Ac not working,after plenty of requests from oyo relationship manager and self, they were not bothered to check ac. They even asked extra 700 inr for the upgraded room with ac. Room did not had lock. Toilet was dirty.

Well the guy at reception was good but the hotel was dirty. Food and cigerate buds and garbage scattered all along in the lobby. I was told he only has one cleaner to clean the hotel and is doing both shifts. The place could be lot better if the cleaning is taken care of.

Worst experience I ever had hotel I book was an oyo hotel worst service by oyo, now I know why oyo faced a down fall, I request all you not to book this hotel even it shows cheaper rates on the site, it was so hot in delhi, ac was not working in the room, bedding provided was also soo dirty full of stains, shower was not working, now hear the worst thing there was no locking system on the door, now you can thing what kind of hotel is that, single person can survive but it will be risky with the family, there are many things that I can't even talk about out it, so I request everybody not take a change of booking this hotel.

Pathetic experience in all aspects 1) bedsheets, curtains, blankets etc. Were stained. Dry food was on the blankets. Food packets of previous residents were below the bed. 2) behavior of staff was rude. They dont give a dam about anything. Just listen and ignore. 3) ac of the room was not working in peak summer and they did not rectify it nor they changed my room. On the name of ac rooms they are providing non ac rooms. 4) location of the property is also not family friendly. It is situated beside liquor shop. 5) checkout time is 11. 00 hrs. Staff rudely knocked and asked every room about checkout at around 9. 45 hrs
