Rooms not clean, no shower gel and handwash in washroom. Had to ask for towel, come on man, too bad.

Horrendous stay

Where do i even begin: the staff is horrendous. The receptionist and manager have no control over the staff. The housekeeping services were awful. A simple request would take hours to be completed. There was no hot water available and even after multiple requests to help restore warm water, no action was taken. One had to take shower with cold water during the winter days. The housekeeping staff was rude. The receptionists had no idea what is going on in the hotel. The bedsheets, linens and towels provided were in a bad condition with stains on them. Overall it was a terrible stay and i would not recommend anyone to plan their stay there

Comfortable stay, cleanliness is good, linen used is also in good condition. Staff is also helpful, but should have one more receptionist in peak seasons for prompt services.

Modern rooms ! food is also nice. The staff is ready to help all the time. Had some hiccups but quickly resolved by the hoteliers in all a recommended hotel within a decent budget.

As i entered, no welcome drink provided, i asked the guy to bring coffee pouches he did not bring them and ignore my voice, and then there was a used toothbrush was kept inside bathroom, no hot water, as well. Next morning as well, no hot water and no coffee pouches, i bought out coffee, still it wast that much hot and took full amount on that.

The stay wasn’t good first they gave us room in which the ac wasn’t working, then on request they gave us another room on the top most floor which was very secluded from the other rooms, with dirty floor, dirty sheets & covers, lots of mosquitos, very small, no amenities. Not at worth for the price we paid.

Most unprofessional hotel staffs. I had to wait for 1 hr at 6pm to make a entry to the room as they did nit clean before arrival. Not even basic toiletries like shower gel, body wash were available.
