Great name, good property, low on delivery

Rooms decent, amenities also good, however services for dining needs an upgrade. Less options considering far from city centre and also restaurant of great kebab factory was not exactly very hospitable, they turned me out in the name of reservations when entire 4 large tables were not occupied. I had to fight my way in to get a table after arguments with manager

Poor Stay

The brrakfast was not up to the mark. We have stayed in radisons previously as well but the rooms were not that great and breakfast was auite dissapointing

There are limited options of hotels in noida. This is a good hotel considering that. Rooms are good size who’d are nicely maintained

Awesome place strongly recommend. Nice staff. Ambience is gud with nice food. Hygiene of the rooms are very gud. Staff of the hotel is cooperative

My stayat radisson noida

The hotel was pretty shabby. I paid 11k rent for a night but inside the room there was not even a few cookies. There were only 2 tea bags. Mini bar was empty. Didn't like it at all

The property has great restaurant options and spacious rooms. However, the staff appeared to be mostly inexperienced which is okay but one expects a five star service when you pay gore a five star premium. Food is great though and everything we tried at the kebab factory and creative kitchen was delicious and fresh!

Location is awesome but amenities are very very poor. If the management don't take keen interest in the honest upgradation, this property will get very bad name one day and will be eventually closed.

No pricelist and charge as per their own terms for lenins

I had stayed for 2 days. I was clearly mentioned that the bathrobe if taken then will be charged. Since i keep travel-ling i took the bathrobe from my room and informed at reception to bill me for that. I asked for charges he did not knew he called someone for the price and told 1100rs i gave my card and the other person again called and said the charges are 1500 plus taxes. Then i told them when you mention it is chargeable then why dont you have a pricelist abd you keep changing the price as per your own term. This is not expected from radisson staff. I think they check if client is ready to pay then they increase the price this is ridiculous. Either you mention the price clearly or then dont charge because changing price does not sound professional.

Poor Stay

Stay was good but staff/service would say it can improve. And evidently i said, take off service charge 5% from my bill. Which is not compulsory to pay by customer. The reastarant manager argued and did not take off. Since i was with my foreign guests i did not argue and paid that as well. But i am highly disappointed with it.

We stayed at radisson noida at sector 55 for 2 days, 11-13 july 24. The hotel is located conveniently for all practical purposes, be it shopping or travel. Ethyl bar and the culinary kitchen restaurant were awesome with great delicacies and choices of food available. The rooftop kebab factory restaurant was great too, offering a pool side experience. The gym, spa and swimming pool are located on the top floor and are worth it. The management and staff is highly cooperative and made us comfortable in all respects. The rooms are spacious and welcoming with good standards of hygiene and cleanliness maintained. Overall a great stay and highly recommended.
