Terrible Stay

The stay experience was terrible. On reaching i could not enter into service appartment for 40 minutes. The phone no. Of care taker was coming switched off. I had to book another hotel to stay. It spoiled my entire day & caused frustration. Also, i was promised credit note but as usual the owner vanished post one phone call. Overall recommendation - not to stay

The stay was okayish, definitely not worth a night, had all the necessary amenities tho, washroom was really dirty maybe someone puck ed last night and that wasn’t taken care of by the cleaning staff, the bath towel was already wet, the face towel had some sort of white spots on it so i didn’t use that at all. Pictures and the actual place does not match completely.

It was pretty hot n deli once i enter tv was not working even i text-ed the owner but nothing happened than the worst was ac was not working which make me awake for whole night.

No doubt grehstay was one of the best entire apartment type hotels in sector 168. I have previously visited one of the offerings from the grehstay and that experience was enough to set a benchmark in my hotel preference the room was clean, dust free and everything worked. But my recent experience was not good maybe i will now try more options other than grehstay. The washrooms weren't clean and moreover when taps were we were treated with yellow water as if room wasn't used for about 2-3 months, wooden flooring was so damaged that nails were exposed and if one is not careful enough it may hurt. Bedsheets were stain free but they were covered with so much dust as if the caretaker didn't vacuum the room before check-in. Only one thing was non arguable that the view and surroundings we were offered were unmatched (one of the things you could expect from grehstay's) you can easily fetch dailies and any last minute necessities from the shops available on the ground floor.

Booked this property for a small staycation and i must say that it is exactly the same as shown in the pictures. It was comfortable, clean and well maintained.

The room was not cleaned up. It was dirty (leftover food was getting spoiled, cigarettes butts) undone beds and total mood spoiling environment in the bedroom. It was not checked or cleaned before assigning. I immediately left it after calling the manager. He apologized. As i checked in around 9:30 pm so i had to book another room in a nearby 5 star hotel at high price as they could not provide any alternate room there. I would not suggest it to anybody. Better book a proper room in a hotel. These homestays in noida are not trustworthy

Shower pressure too low to bathe cleaning was fine except balcony checkin was fine, you wont know until you reach there nothing shared in advance no response to email not enough utensils in kitchen so one night stay is fine cant book for longer stay tv remote was not working it was 28th floor and just 1 lift was working society is poorly maintained, so untidy only good thing was quick access to food/grocery etc just downstairs bedroom was clean balcony view was beautiful esp in evening infospace was visible and too close by

We had an amazing stay, the view was also really nice and the cleanliness of the place was great. The aesthetics of the place was really good it was a good cozy 1bhk with all the amenities. Will recommend this place for sure

Nice place to stay. Clean and tidy
