Terrible experience at hotel vertigo

It was a terrible experience that i had at this property. They don't follow the rules mentioned in the mmt. 1. I booked a room for two people and an extra person had to stay with us, but they didn't allow it to happen. 2. The caretaker started talking rudely with us and was very uncooperative. Later, he slapped our cab driver while he was drunk and that too without any fault. I don't understand why mm t doesn't check all of these things before partnering with these disgusting properties.

Staff behavior is not good. Hotel cleaning is not good and guest routine need not good it is very bed like not have sliper for washroom and not working flash & tanki and also not cleaning.

Support staff was very bad and they provided me like a store room which was available just beside their reception. Support staff behaviour was like we are animals and we don't know anything about hotel.

The staff behaviour was really nice, food was good, room and washroom was clean too. The only thing us that rooms are little small as shown in pics. Overall it was comfortable and good stay. The property is also near to metro.

Unhygienic and dead rat

Dead rat and asked them to clean or change the room which they did after 12 hours. I have taken legal action against mm t and the property fir already submitted

Everything is good to go. The location is also nice. The staff is also friendly. Rooms are convenient enough.
