The amenities shown. There is nothing to start with a lock for the room, tv, geyser, light, bucket in the bathroom. Very dirty bedsheet, pillows. Rooms are situated on 4, 5, 6 floors but the hotel has no lift.

In spite of having paid booking, they denied giving room. I had to book room again by paying triple charge for 3hours

I was asked to pay 200 extra for ac as they told me ur booked room doesn't include ac facility however I showed my booking details which clearly state that it includes ac facility. I would like to escalate this issue and took necessary action. thanks in advance
