We visited the hotel and it was a terrible experience. I would have never stayed in such a hotel if it was not prepaid

Room is allotted on first floor. No ventilation no ac is installed in room. Many times when we call on reception it is not working. Bisleri water bottled is charged at rs 40. Mrp is 20. No safety of guest. No any security guard is present. While checking out at morning 8 am no person available at reception. After calling many times a person came those say that our owner don't depute any staff at night. Overall this is not a hotel. They have just running a hotel in a residential building. Personally i will not select it in future bcoz at 1600 range we have manu other good option in noida.

This hotel is value for money and hotel staff is very generous and ask everytime if we are facing any issues or not. Overall good value for money.

The room was dirty and so was the washroom. Hairs everywhere. Dirty and smelly linen. Moreover, the hotel didn't even provide The Key to The room. I was on the fourth floor. The intercom wasn't working for 2 days. Nobody picked up The landline as well. Had to checkout the very next day and move to another hotel.

The guest house is located in a very convenient place and central to all amenities. The service is good. But in-house kitchen facilities are not available. This is a negative factor. Otherwise, it is Cosy place to stay.

Breakfast was not good and staff was unprofessional. AC started leaking water and the substitution of room was pathetic. Privacy was breached many a times by hotel staff.
