    This hotel is good for couples. Not for family or for business traveler. Not clean at all. Staff not co-operative. Lot many mosquitoes. Hell lot of problems

    Payment issue

    I made payment at the time of booking but at the time of check-in it was not updated / intimated to the hotel. Hotel charged me full amount again & it was informed me that I can collect money from hotel once they will get confirmation about the payment. At the time of check-out payment confirmation was not intimated to hotel and I am still awaiting of refund. This is really pathetic & I am still awaiting for refund.
