Room not properly maintained

The room was spacious for the price. However it was poorly maintained. The exhaust in washroom was not working, the toilet seat was damaged, the charging points were loose and did not work properly. There were no hangers in the wardrobe, they didn't even have soap provided in the washroom. The telecom was not working.
