It was too expensive and the service they provided was terrible. No complimentary breakfast was there. Basic amenities was missing. I have to ask every-time for everything. It was not the Worth it the amount I paid for. Room was too small. It was clean though but not value for money. Overall it was bad experience.

Service of Hotel was average. Staff were co-operative and friendly. Ambiance of Hotel was good. Location was easy approachable. Food was good. I liked the quality of the food. Overall it was a good stay.

Rude staff behavior and poor service

The room was spacious, toiletries not provided properly. Staff behavior was very rude. Stayed there for 4 days, asked them to repair the TV did not bother to fix it, dirking water also not provided after several reminders. Dinner was not given at 9.30 pm and according to the kitchen is closed, please go outside and get it. Location was okay, near to the railway station(500 meters). Management should look after the service and behavior of the staff.
