The location of the property is near the center of the city. Property is nicely maintained with minimalistic decor. All good tourist points are near to this property.

The hotel is well located in the middle of the city. Rooms were clean and properly maintained. Bed was comfortable. Geyser was taking time to heat water but was less bothered about hot water as the weather was not that cold. The restaurant is available on the 1st floor and it was a non veg specialized restaurant. I didn't try any non veg food as i am vegetarian, but vegetarian food was also good in taste. The hotel has a car parking place available. Most importantly, the hotel staff's behavior was very welcoming. Overall, the stay was good.

This property is not well maintained as the toilet seat is broken we need to ask for heater which i assume is the default one with the room. Hot water is not available for 24 hours. I have to ask for it every time. Room intercom is not working for which they had given the alternate mobile number which is fine with me. Staff are good they are really trying hard to meet every customer needs. I think management needs to put efforts to maintain the property. Overall stay is over priced as per the premium paid.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at la montana, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The property was impeccably maintained, with lush gardens and well-kept facilities, which created a relaxing and serene atmosphere throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated, with all the amenities we could need, including balcony. In my opinion the location of the property is the best un ooty. View from the balcony is excellent. One can see lush green mountains, toy train and clouds coming towards you, which is very mesmerizing. Services is good but there is no much amenities while the taste of the food is average.

Escalator was not working properly. This place only for young people because they have use stairs. Parking space is not enough. View is good from this place.

This property is located a little ahead of ooty town. The room tariff is all about the view that you get from the private terrace. 5 stars for that. Food - not good, less options, bad taste. We booked for breakfast & lunch/dinner. No buffet for lunch/dinner. Service - 5 star.

Excellent view from the hotel, 4 kms from city centre. Room service was also good. You can see valley view, toy train from your balcony which is huge is size

Location is great food is poor buffet pathetic, in ala-cart 99% items not available arrogant staff, no concern on complains also not even basic amenities like no hot water, no room sleepers, water logging, insects in room lift issues and many more
