Most dirtiest and smelly hotel that i have ever seen. They don't even have staff to clean the bathroom or even anything. Sheets were dusty and dirty. Not recommended at all

Need to improve the decor, room service & reception. Restaurant food is very bad for money paid, tasteless, cold & bland. The rooms are not worth what i paid at present condition rs. 1, 500 is max one can pay.

What ever things were mentioned was not there no geyser, no hair drier and room was smelling. Nothing in the room was good. And restaurant person forgets my order at night. No telecom in room no room service

Very very bad experience in my life. No any service bathrooms are very old even not safe for ladies i have booked room with breakfast. Breakfast not provided by hotel

Paise Kam lag rhe aur hotel Sundar hai jo photos mein dikha rhe..please yeh dekh ke mat jaana. Boht ghatiya experienced thi. Switch board saare kharab rakhte room ke yeh Jaan boojh kr aur kehte bathroom ke switch se phone charge Karo. The staff here was extremely rude. You will feel very UNSAFE here. Please don't take this hotel. Saare staff bohot gande hai. They don't provide anything, not even kettle and not even water. They don't clean your room, even after asking them to do for 4 times. The AC doesn't work. na hi yeh theek krwa rahe hai. Meri Puri trip barbaad krdi inhone.

The manager is so rude and terrible service. Rooms are not clean and toilet is so bad. I had to book somewhere else for the stay.

Rude behavior of hotel staff

From the booking till checkout the behavior of the hotel staff was rude and un professional. There was always electrical wiring or mcb tripping problem throughout the stay. After complaining also there was no action. For any guidance and suggestions receptionist was totally bad behavior and mentally unfit for job.

Nahar residency was close to the market place, since travel-ling was easy. Near to boat house, bus stand & botanical, rose garden. Overall good accommodation.

1. Great room service 2. Great vegetarian food at the restaurant in ground floor 3. No lift 4. Variable and steep steps and is also cramped. One needs a strong knee to climb. 5. Feiendly environment 6. Had 4 car parking slot in the backside 7. Half the price of the 3 star nahar hotel in the main road and also half the distance from ooty lake. We enjoyed the stay. It was perfect. Had to pat 500 for extra mattress.

room were in basement and no proper amenities provided to us. bathroom taps were faulty and power was not there for the entire night. we did not have a good experience as we expected.

No cleanliness, no hygiene, no proper bathroom, no complimentary breakfast, food was not so good, no heater too, no hot water, smelly small rooms. Not worth the price

The floor is so wet and there is no window for ventilation, so we asked them to change room, they provided other room which is slightly better but tv is not in working condition and bed spread is tore and this room is not worth for the money which i paid, totally disappointed
