Food is great. Property is not worth of 13-14k per night. Ok for 4-5k. I dont understand logic of charging so much. Driver stay extra - that is even horrible.

Great location & also very nearby the town as well, the food cooked by the care takers were very tasty and served well. It is a heritage property which is more than 120+ year old, maintained neat & clean, has a garden in the front side, a fire place in the hall, 4 bedrooms and an area on the back side to play games. Had a very comfortable stay and will recommend this to my friends & family

A quaint heritage bungalow with old world charm

We had a lovely stay. The manager and his son along with the staff were very kind and the food is very delicious. There are adorable dogs on the property and it’s a little off the crowded ooty roads. Makes it a great choice

The stay is 180 years old and is definitely the most beautiful heritage house in ooty. The host was very nice and friendly. The property is very spacious and cozy.

Location and property is very good. Staff behavior was very nice. But some misleading information about the rooms on website. No tv in the rooms. Only one tv is available in the common area. Food choices are very limited.

Unexpected noises came from next room

I stayed in room no. 429. At 11:30 pm in night next to my room 427 someone yelling like hell. Made weird noises which was unbearable i called duty manager he respond only once later i called on reception no one replied. I slept by 3 am in midnight.

Good experience with a scope for improvement

Just finished a 2 night stay at the property. Have to say that the experience was both sweet and sour. The good parts. Lovely colonial era property with a beautiful exterior and common areas, the warm and hospitable staff. However, certain parts definitely need improvement. The carpets all over were old and worn out, no wifi connectivity in the 'heritage' room, the board games are in poor condition. Also, there was a parking issue as the entire pathway was in the process of being redone. The food experience was reasonably ok, but has scope for improvement.

This property is amazing. Serene surroundings, spacious vila, front lawn. Pure beauty. Worth every penny spent. The staff are so so very polite, humble and we'll mannered. Food is great. Altogether a lovely and memorable experience.

Interiors of the property stay is very good, food is also good. There is a scope to improve lawn, placing chairs or a swing outside would be better to spend time outdoor

I went with my family and 2 kids on holiday. We had very nice experience and really miss the place after leaving. The staff was very good ( especially uday ) and took care of every little thing since we had 2 small kids. We have beautiful memories of the time spent. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in ooty.
