We had taken a family suite room. The property is located at a good place, have good view. Cleanliness and maintenance of the room is okish. Caretaker is good and helpful

Awesome view, spacious rooms, remote location service is average but can be managed with this view. If you have your own car, go for it.

Mostly like the ambiance and atmosphere and the caretaker were a nice person quiet nice place with a peaceful atmosphere

Poor Stay

The view was good. But apart from that stay was terrible. The caretaker is least bothered about guest needs and satisfaction. For even a small thing like room cleaning for more than 1 day stay it was "not possible" reply from caretaker. He doesn't have anything in stock if we order. So it was like only the room. And rest are left to the guests to make arrangements by themselves.

Worst place to stay with family. No food facilities are there. Resort is very far from central ooty. Room is very dirty. Totally disappointed. Not recommended for family stay.

Good view from balcony. Water is not too hot, normal temprature. Blanket of one room smells really bad and room smells bad. Food provided by them is good, additional payment. Speed of network provided by them is good.

Very far from city, no street lights or any signage to identify. Refused for food on day one only and property was also pathetically maintained

Wonderful property. Very scenic view from the property. Parking is on road, but manageable. The care taker is very friendly. But he is not supported by the cook. The cook is rude and the care taker has to ask her permission before taking any food order. Food was very simple but enough. I recommend this property.

Pros: clean spacious room with tea garden view. Clean toilet with geyser. Cons: no restaurant, road parking, remote location with no options to eat around.

Pros - view. This the only thing why i would return to the resort. Room was good spacious but basic. Cons - service is terrible. You need to inform them at 4:30 in the evening for them to prepare your food. There is no restaurant available. The manager is forgetful and not pleasing. On our second day we had left in the morning for our visit to the city. While we left we informed the manager to prepare dinner for us at night. We reached at night at 9 pm and when asked for dinner to be served the manager informed that we had never informed him about our food. All restaurants was closed at that time and there was no food delivery option. After arguing and begging enough the manager bought us a small bowl of rice and sambar not sufficient for even 1 guest which was assumed to be leftover stale cold food from other guest. We had to starve to sleep. Please make sure to inform them about food only at 4:30 when he would go to the market. Any information passed before or after will be forgotten. There is no parking area. You need to park your car on the main road. We were called multiple times from our room to adjust the car for other vehicles to pass as it was a narrow road. Inconvenient if you plan to take your vehicle. Bon fire charges 1500 additionally.

Decent stay with good view

Located at a very calm and silent environment, the stay is good with a beautiful view of tea estate and mountains from the balcony(not a private balcony. The room is cozy for a 2 people stay. Food provided is delicious and charged separately. The manager and the staffs are very supportive. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this place.

Good view and stay, but the staff could be bit more professional, hygiene was good, difficult to get food as they only provide bulk orders for 3-4 persons

The bedsheet was covered in pigeon droppings. We requested a change, and they replaced it, but without checking, we assumed it was fine. Later that night, we discovered an even worse bedspread covered in pigeon droppings. The service was extremely poor, and the owner was even worse. We arrived at the homestay two hours before(10am) the standard check-in time. Despite the empty rooms, the owner refused early check-in unless we paid an extra 600rs. Despite our request to lower the fee to 400rs, he declined. Eventually, we agreed to pay. However, even after agreeing, he made us wait outside with our luggage until we paid him through google pay to unlock the door. We had pre-paid for a hassle-free check-in, but the service at this homestay was appalling. We've never encountered such greediness and poor service at any other hotel.

Room, ambience evrything is good. Please be aware of the road towards the property. We saw four leopards in road. Don't go in bike to that property, especially in night.

The location is amazing not crowded, and there is a very good view from the room. Homely food, comfortable room stay and great service. Thanks to the resort people who had made our stay a comfortable one.
