I will not recommend this cottage to anyone. Poor facilities like a broken toilet with a bad smell. I have paid for a triple bed cottage but he provided only a double bed cottage. Makemytrip mentioned that check out timings is 12 pm but he says i have to check out by 11 am as they will not follow the makemytrip time. I would suggest makemytrip do not include this type of cottage in your list of hotel stays.

This hotel is not properly maintained and the bathroom geyser was not working. In the hill station all hotels must we need hot water but this hotel basics also not available

Stay was not good. Extra bed not provided for 5th adult. Only two rooms with 2 double bed provided. When asked. Given matress for floor. Not a good at all

No bath towels. No bath soaps and very small room provided. Also no kitchenette was provided which was mentioned in the booking page

Just one thing don't visit this hotel, truely a terrible experience, care taker behaviour is too bad. Firstly they given a single room but we booked two room, then hot water is not there even normal water is also not there at morning time.

The hotel room had hot water only for 3 hours in a day which was very inconvenient and the rooms were very compact would not recommended thid hotel.

Property location is good, heat water is not always available, room is ok. Maintenance is very much needed, cleanliness is ok. But not super.

Pathetic property owner changed property to stay and it was completely dirty with no flush and water supply in washroom and walls full of damp and smell and bed sheet and blanket full dirty very bad experience we are with family and somehow i managed to stay in night

When i reached the hotel " pleasant days" the manager redirected me to other holtel stating he has 2 properties, but the hotel and room was terrible. No clean bedsheets, bathroom. I left hotel on sun-day 10 am. Please refund my 2 days amount

Summer vacation as all know too hot every where so planned to ooty while searching for stay found the plea-sent days very best in price, fully clean well maintained, reception sir is very best very friendly he guided us very well. I would like to 10/10 as per my experience.

My first booking was in mysore aishwarya suites. The experience was just okay or intermediate, the room which i booked was very small in size and staff was very rude with their behavior.
