The hotel's location was stunning and breathtaking. However, the condition of the hotel room was very poor, with unclean bedsheets and a bathroom in a terrible state. On the positive side, the staff were extremely friendly and supportive, and the food was excellent.

The service is very bad. The rooms are dirty. The staff is very rude there is so much shortage of staff. I have paid a very hefty amount and this is very very bad resort.

It was such a dirty place, it's like a jail, who builds a resort like that it was literally terrible not feeling like coming back to ooty at all, because of the stay

The hotel is highly overcharged, the rooms were smelly and not at all hygienic. The staff work was terrible food was not upto the mark at all. The furniture was really bad and had very thin mattresses.

In tulips elkhill resort we had a check-in time of 12:00 pm by we got the keys at 4:00 pm and also the room conditions was not upto mark i have the images also. And staff behaviour was arrogant here. I didnt get any compensation also from resort side. Very bad experience

The rooms are really bad. There is no cleanliness. Service is good because you won’t ask anything. The view is good but you need to pay for everything even bonfire.

Foul smell in room. 2 room's geyser not working. Not recommended even for 1 day. Very expensive in unseasonal days. Not worth.
