No hot water, no towels, no ventilation, toilet flush problem. Overall very terrible experience, we just moved out from hotel in 1hr. And shifted to better hotel.

I have not got any facility during stay which is mentioned in description while booking. No cleanness, no night lamp, not have bathroom door.

The property is built good, like 4/5 the caretaker was ok. We were in family group with kid and parents and were expecting some help with luggage movement, guiding on where to park the vehicle as there was no dedicated space for it but caretaker was i dont know where. Leave about giving a welcoming gesture, had to got o him for getting toiletries, water and wifi pswd. We had booked extra mattress but it only came after 4-5 hrs after multiple reminders. I would say he was nice and polite when you talk but forgetful and kind of careless. Not bothered to check what is needed by guests like electric kettle, hot water in bathroom etc. Maintenance of property was very bad. Property was built good but no proper cleanliness and hygiene. Food scattered all over common area, pets feeding on them, leaking roof, usage of non-white bed sheets etc.

They charged me an extra amount for the rooms in spite of the fact that i already paid through make my trip, this is really not done and it caused me a lot of hassle in the stay.

stay is very good, atmosphere of hotel also wonderful, main thing of the hotel, it s very much near to the all tourist place in the ooty, staff behavior also very good. negatives are no hot water in bathroom and some kind of smell, if you are a person concentrated in sight seeing of ooty and not staying in room for 24 hrs, its 100% recommendable. 👍

The property is located in a prime location ij ootty. Botanical garden & railway station are almost in walkable distance. There are a lot of restaurents in 2km vicinity. Hot water is available in the bathroom. Also for drinking, hot & normal water is availble. Staff was very friendly. Service could have been little for proactive, but overall it was absolutely value for money.

Very worst experience with the stay. The stay was nothing near to the photos provided. It was really frustrating with the service provided by the stay. We don't recommend it to any other customers.

We stayed in the hotel for one day. The rooms are average and access steps to the rooms are very narrow. There is no restaurent and we have to get the food through swiggy or zomato only as there is no best restaurant nearby.

The rooms are really good. The rooms are available in a lower budget. Rooms are really clean and staffs are also cooperative but you should know proper language like either the local language or english.

A little away from the center / market. The property doesn’t serve food to residents. Even a coffee or tea is not available. Rooms are not cleaned from checkin till checkout. We stayed for 3 nights and the rooms were not cleaned till we checked out ! towels and linen also won’t be changed until you fight for it. Rest, the staff is least bothered. Rooms will have hot water for less than an hour that too, only in the morning. The rooms do not have even a ceiling fan and ground floor rooms are not properly ventilated.
