Check in was terrible. Front desk executives were not quite soft and very courteous. Room allotted was terrible. Dust all over, dead moths, too too much stinking toilet.

Very nice experience of stay in this property. Staff behaviour is too good. All are very cooperative and helpful. Room cleanness and ambience is very good. Most important is bathroom is too good and neat. Outside vies is too good especially the swimming pool. Child play area is very good thing infound here. Resturent food quality is too good. With nice staff

Staff at the orchha convenience center poor experience, citing rude behavior from ground staff. Instances include dismissive attitudes, lack of patience with customer queries, and unprofessional language, creating a hostile work environment. Immediate corrective actions are needed to foster respect, improve staff morale, and enhance customer interactions.

During check in process, a foreign tourist came for check in and staff on counter told me to go to side so that he can finish the check in of that foreign tourist. It was disgusting as in none of the hotel i have stayed till, had such kind of discriminating attitude. I think slavery has not gone out of our mindset. So i wouldn’t recommend indian tourist to such kind of hotels.

I really enjoyed my stay at orchha palace the rooms were very neat and clean. The staff was of very high quality full trained and well behaved. I also had my dinner and breakfast. It's one of the best in orchha for dinner ans breakfast. Overall i will give 5 out of 5 stars.

What is point of guaranteed room upgrade if you cant provide. I am continuously using mmt but if this happens i think i need to stop.

Staff is very rude. They gave us a room, among-st their wedding guest. Had to complaint thrice till 2 am about the noise. They changed my room the next day, but yet again bass and sound of the party outside kept as awake till late. Also, fooding was pathetic, and they even charge you for cutlery in the room.

Everything is good during stay except some house keeping services. Which they didn't rectify even after complaints. Rest all ok.

Location - excellent, food-excellent. . Amenities -rooms no-201 and204. Stayed three days. 1-main door locks were not working properly and i noticed other guest door of buddha block were fighting with the doors. 2-rooms were not ready properly, you have to ask for sleeper, bath room mat, dental kit etc. 3-lights were fleekering. 4-room allotted without checking the condition, in room no 204, the bathroom water was coming out in the room. Food- excellent food and service. Except these things, rest all the things were superb.

Hotel ki rate k hisab se room thik nahi hai auro khana itna costly hai auro uske bad unke khane me test bilkul bhi nahi hai mere hisab se khana ek dum bakwas hai aur room bhi thik nahi hai
