We have not stayed in the room as soon as we reached. All the rooms were booked already. Cancelling option was not provided in the app. Do the needful asap. Need a complete refund of the booking. Thank you.

Waste and horrible experiance. Hotel staffs asking for extra money for tip horrible stay at night in the botel and there is bath towel, soap and tooth brush in room, i compel l to pay the money for tootj paste and brush bathroom not washed and not at all a useful condition

No towels, no soap, no water. But the person who took our call prior to the booking and helped us with fawless check-in (junaid) was quite helpful.

Food and location eas good but property maintenance was very bad

Toilet was not hygienic, food was pathetic. Had to wait for 15-20 mins before check-in because room was not cleaned.
