Location very good. Poor service. Tv was not working. No hot water. Tap problem. Nobody is allotted for service. That's why rated bad.

We went for a family function to shornur on 24th december 2023 total 8 members in 3 rooms. We had a comfortable stay at hotel nil a residency. Hotel is just near to railway station and nearly 2 km from famous kerala kalamandalam, prestigious deemed university for kerala arts. Wedding function was just 1 km away and we could spend good time in nil a and could attend the function comfortably.

Room overall neatness was very bad. The food supplied in the room was in open condition and quality was veer bad( fruitsalad and coffee. Waiter was dressed in shaby way and hair was undressed. No drinking water in the room and not served despite repeat followup.

This hotel is located very near to railway station and it's best one in shornur .. Rooms are good. Staff is good. Services are good. Only one complaint ... On the day of check in I was told that daily they will give one mineral water bottle complimentary, but on the day of check out they charged 30 Rs per bottle for 4 bottles, which was unprofessional.

Stayed at nila for short visit to shoranur The facilities are decent and the service levels moderate as some basic things like soap needed to be asked for. The food service was quick but expensive compared to places outside

I had booked two bedrooms for my friends and their family. It is close to railway station and there is a bus stop just few steps outside the Hotel. Town and major shops in Shoranur are nearly a km far from here. Good place to stay in Shoranur. Places to visit nearby are Kalamandalam in Cheruthuruthy, Bharathapuzha river separating Palakkad and Thrissur District. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I am a localite but still got a better deal through MMT online. It is overpriced compared to Hotels of the same category in prominent locations. This is something which the management can see to improve.

Good hotel.. Near to shoranur Railway station.. Rooms are good.. Cleanliness of toilet & bathrooms is average.. Late night services available from restaurants.. Food quality excellent.. Overall good..

Cleanliness of the hotel was very bad. No maintenance. Not suitable for family stay. Highly not recommend for families and couples. Attitude of the Hotel people are very bad. Had many bad experience in this hotel

I didn't stay these type of bad room on this rate. It is too bad as like a local room rented below rupees four hundred. This hotel is not for family stay. Only drunkard can stay there. Bad

Rooms lacked amenities like bath towels which were supplied after our request. Cleanliness needs improvement. Used toiletries were given and later changed on request. This has embarrassed us on our arrival.

Toilets are in poor conditions. Rooms are fine. Improper lighting in restaurant, total I can say its an average rated hotel. Not a kind of three star facility. Food is fine, reception is fine.

As the location is very far away from city .. You don't expect too much from the hotel .. Cleanliness is zero .. But location wise is OK. You have to depend only on the hotel for food. Facilities is OK ..

Poorly maintained rooms

I booked 2 Deluxe rooms (No's. 107&108) for a nights stay with family. The rooms were poorly maintained. Walls of 107 were moist with fungus smell all-around. 108 had poor bathroom. No toiletries, no hot water kettle, no tea sachets. Cockroaches were roaming freely in bathroom. There's no star-category hotel in towns without these minimum facilities nowadays. Overall, it's very poorly maintained. Restaurant alone was good.
