1. Hotel mentioned they cannot accept mmt voucher and i had to pay them directly. Later after calling mmt it was resolved. But i had to spend an hour to resolve 2. The name grand gafar does not exist any more name and owner has changed 3. The room was not a deluxe room. I paid a large amount just to receive a very small room. 4. Tv was not working. Hotel said it will not be fixed 5. No kettle was provided. After repeated ask, they did provide a kettle which was broken. Later it was replaced with a good one 6. No hot water 7. No power until 6 am
