Good homely hotel enjoyed the stay the staff were friendly had good accomodation system the view was excellent could improve on the breakfast menu as well water was not available in the morning in our washroom

Very cooperative and disciplined staffs. Excellent service. Recommended for everyone. Room was neat and clean and no power issue and the food was great.

Terrible Stay

The heating of room is pathetic, and they would give a mini heater which can’t even a small portion properly. Moreover we stayed for 12 hours out of which heater didn’t run for 7 hours. Next thing is that hotel manager never picks the call. We were about to checkout early and they didn’t serve complimentary breakfast until 8:30, in fact they weren’t awake by then. So it’s better if you book some good hotels in pahalgam, else you are going to suffer especially in winters.

It was a good stay. Staff was polite. Breakfast was delicious. They just couldn't arrange for the bonfire per request. One improvement point for the owner is to keep good stock of sealed water bottles for guests. Overall good stay.

The stay was super amazing! We got assisted by Armaan, who was there at every step. Whatever food, arrangements we required they never hesitated and were always there. Totally recommend the stay there.

Hotel is very beautiful and cozy, we had great time there. Location is very nice and beautiful. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very good and cozy, we had great time there and place is very quite and beautiful. Location is also very beautiful. Overall it was great.

It's a cozy wooden cottage, gave us a homely feel of warmth n truly felt home away from home. They can improve a bit on providing basic necceties in d room. Like a hot water kettle. Overall a very good experience, very good n fresh food was served, as per our requirements. Definitely worth the price we paid for the stay.

Location of the hotel is just perfect for those who want to be in nature and know local kashmiri culture. Just in front of the property, river is flowing whose sound all the time will mesmerize you.

The hotel is about 3 km further up the main market of Pahalgam, you can easily take a stroll along the lidder river to reach Brown Palace. The hospitality by Mr. Ibrahim and his team is top notch. They go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and safe. They have cozy rooms with sound of Lidder river flowing outside your room and the sound of birds waking you up in the morning. Don’t expect five star food or amenities like a major hotel chain. But expect warm people and home cooked simple meals.

Brown palace is a great place to stay. Food is tasty and cheap. Location is excellent besides the Lidder river. We stayed there for second time.
