The only thing good about this hotel was the pictures they have put up. They are charging way more than even a 5 star hotel would do but services are not even 1 star. Where do i start 1. Firstly most images they have put on makemytrip are misleading. They show washrooms with partition glass but there is none. They show a totally different reception but in reality, it is some place else. Even the sofa at reception is totally torn apart. The pictures seems so good as if it is taj hotel (atleast they charge that much) but reality is a rude shock 2. There were rats on roof or behind the bed back or somewhere that kept running around during the night and didn't let us sleep for 2 nights that we were there 3. The room service is terrible. We went in the month of ramzan and i fully understand that the staff has to do their prayers but they should do it in a manner that at-least one person is available to take customer calls but no. Many times it happened that we called but there was no one to receive it. Is this what they call customer service? 4. The bathroom had a lump of mud below the bucket but they didn't even care to clean it before handing the room to us 5. The quilt was not clean as it should be when they charge you that much 6. Tata sky connection was working fine on day 1 but it didn't on day2. I called up reception to get it checked but firstly no one answered because everyone was out for ramzan prayers and when they returned, they said they will send someone. That person came 3 hours later at 9:45pm (what a time to disturb your guest) and said he was out for "ramzan prayer" and was just informed about my issue. Who takes 3 hours for ramzan prayer? 7. Second morning hot water was not coming and we called reception repeatedly but no one answered since ramzan prayer was important. Finally somebody came and started it. Should they have not done it before going for prayers 8. There was no tooth paste in the room. First morning they sent it when i called but god knows why they took it back while cleaning the room. I had to call again next morning to get it again. They totally ruined our experience of that wonderful place. Will never stay here again even they offer for free.

I booked a family room for 4 people, after arriving i came to know that family room don’t have central heating after paying hefty amount and was not mentioned while booking. Hotel guys gave 2 separate rooms for central heating and charge 2k extra for it after getting into the room we came to know that central heating is only available after 6 pm and before 10 am in -6 degree weather and hot water is available only 7 to 10pm and 7 to 11 am in -6 degree weather, electricity is not there at night from 12 to 6 am, landline doesn’t work and reception and manager is so rude and cleaning and services staff is literally begging for tip

My experience is average at the hotel. The hotel had some issues with water and they shifted us to the next hotel. So i lost almost half a day in transfer

Hotel outlook has been mesmerising experience. The hotel is affordable plus the staff has been really nice and helpful. Kudos to amman who helped us get a room with a view of the valley plus the room service staff i. E. Sarfaraz, irshad and bilal. They are always at your service and would help you make your stay a warm one.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Also the location is worth mentioning as it was perfect - close to the market and near to the baisaran attraction spot. The breakfast was delicious and so was the dinner and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel was beautiful and cosy. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

High priced budget hotel

We booked hotel with the expectation of 3/3. 5 star facility hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was budgeted one with minimum facility. 1. The hotel is not located near to main market, so if one wants to go over there then have to take taxis, as autos do not run in pahalgam, spend at least 100 to 300 one way (depending upon season and availability) 2. The hotel room is average. Hot water is available only during limited hours. 3. Food service is average including morning breakfast where spread is very limited. Sometime one may also struggle to get hot food as refilling is slow and sometimes in denial mode. 4. The garden which looks big in photo is relatively small.

👍🏻- The food is great, service is nice, staff is friendly, location is amazing, rooms are spacious, clean and provides proper heating in such cold conditions! - Everyone in staff asks for tip, giving tip to 4-5 people is not a comfortable experience. No window views from the executive room!

Initial 2 category rooms will not be with the heating facility. Keep this in mind while booking. Located at the upper area of pahalgam market. Dinner and breakfast was good with multiple options and sufficient quantity. Facilities are new and well maintained.

The pictures posted are all fraud and none of them belong to this hotel.It is a 3rd class hotel and on the basis of the pictures posted and reviews we booked it but it turned out to be a pathetic property with broken and stinking washroom, unwashed linen and highlighy unhygenic rooms.Never do the mistake of booking in this property...we had paid in full and hence suffered losses as we decided to move to another property.
