Water facility was not there. One mug for all washroom related activities. Also the heating was not enough. One normal blower for room heating not sufficient

I recently stayed at this hotel in pahalgam and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the main market, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting pahalgam for its excellent location and great service.

We feel very bad experience there. They had not maintain discipline. Not provided hot water, soup, hair oil. Charges for food items at restaurant is not affordable. We cannot recommend this residents to other tourists

Hotel as per cost wise not perfect there is no facility and washroom size is very conjunction sitting on cupboards is not comfortable due to size of washrooms

Noisy whole time just opposite to taxi stand could not sleep properly low maintenance unhygienic, about food i didn’t had anything from there.

Hotel owner took the double booking as i informed him about my late check in. I had to wait for an hour with my family outside the room to get it empty. I can’t believe the level of cheapness of the owner that he gave my pre paid room to some one else just to earn few more bucks. Very un-professional and unethical behaviour. i have uploaded the generic images

Extremely comfortable stay and a beautiful room. The hotel is located in the prime location of pahalgam so everything is available near and around. The view from the hotel is most picturesque. The owner and staff were cooperative and quick in response. I profoundly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel and bed is equipped with latest heating blanket. Hospitality is excellent. Behaviour of manager mr. Nasir is very pleasant. L recommended it to all visitors

Location is at the heart of pahalgram. Car parking, car booking office, horse ride starting point, market ar all near the hotel. Rooms are clean. Wifi is not consistent.

I stayed here for a night and the hotel was awesome. Both location and room is cool and clean. Restaurant is great. Manager mr nisar is very co-operative and friendly.

The rooms are good and hotel staff behaved well. To go to gulmarg, one has to travel up to about 4/5 kilometres.

Geyser is not working, not able to get ready on time. There is no attendant for room service. Even the water bottles are not provided with the rooms.

Our stay was excellent. All kinds of facilities are available like hot water, wifi and heater. Staff behaviour is very cooperative. I recommend this hotel for everyone.
