Es hotel ki sabse achchi baa t ye hai ki rooms se bahar nikalti hi aapko bahati huyi nadi dikhegi, 24 hour bahata huaa pani. Haa market 200 -300 meter dur h magar market jane ke lye walking wala road bhi tracking ki tar-ah hi hai. Tou achcha laga.

Hotel white house is a cozy property located in the bank of lidder river in pahalgam. Excellent location really breathtaking view from the room. Staffs are very much cooperative & friendly. The rooms are neat and clean with good ventilation and beautiful views. The food served is delicious and fresh, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available. Early morning sunrise view with the river from the hotel is just mesmerising. Also good place for birdwatcher. Amazing experience & thanks to all of the staffs & owner for their hospitality.

Denied check in, neede refund

We were denied to check in the hotel on 21st october night by the hotel authority. They said there is no booking regarding our pnr no for the first day. We have to stay in another hotel at our own cost. Two of us were senior citizens. I tried to call you but my registered mobile number was inactive in j&k. I need 50% refund of this booking immediately.

Accommodation and room conditions especially the washroom was very bad. Services, amenities, cleanliness were very bad.

The hotel is near the lidder river (10 meters. This is the only positive thing about it. Else, its not on the main road and is around 3 km away from main market. Rooms are with out room heaters. Need upgradation in service quality and repair the damaged portion of the rooms immediately. Toilet is very small with out exhausting fan. The manager is always busy and you can not find any one one in the reception area for many times. Its better to choose hotel in the main market which is very small too.

Resort on river side, road to hotel is poor, over priced, hot water not avialiable, food also costly.

Service very poor their is no chief in the hotel to prep-air food all agreements related food doing self service their is no sufficient cutlery in kitchen bath towel is not given in the hotel. Hotel view is excellent in white house hotel. But the hotel services is very very poor experience

Location - nice but not detailed on google maps. Approach to hotel is what maps missed. Food - non existent thus making trip poor. Amenities - poor. Bookings not coordinated. Hotel owners (basically 2 partners) one of them responded but excused himself that this booking wasn't thru him and we did not stay in his owned room / cottage therefore we need to contact the other owner and where as other owner just failed to respond despite multiple calls to him and even watsapp messages. Services - utterly poor of its kind even a basic request of reheating a portion of maggi which the child got delayed in eating was bluntly refused saying aapko garam bana kar hee to diya tha. Staff belonging to both the owners were seemingly chilling out between themselves having tea / smoking. Rooms did not have proper amenities we had 2 rooms to us and were given to us in different location 1 apparently in the name of upgrade to a cottage which did not have functional tv, wi-fi, towels, washroom amenities etc. Awkward construction smaller doors and irregular designs made it worse to spend 48 hours. Definitely not happy and will surely not recommend any one to book here. Go there to view the river flowing by but at the same time there are multiple such options and other properties were seen conducting activities too for their guest but this place was made into a dead place by the owners and the staff.

Location is perfect. Rooms are small but manageable. Ower needs to improve furniture quality and bathrooms. One should not miss the life time experience because of its perfect location
