Very comfortable rooms with multiple heating facilities to keep us warm. The staff were extremely cordial and helpful. Clean and well maintained property.

I booked a 2 night stay and after 1 night my wife met with an accident and had to check out to admit her in srinagar hospital. I requested for 1 night to be cancel-led for medical reasons but they were adamant. I would never stay in such places where they have zero humanity

It's has been worst experience to be there on my marriage anniversary we were allotted with untidy room with foul smelling linen and having absolutely no privacy at ground floor charges are extremely on higher side as per the property location service and ambiance they're charging 5 times as per the services being offered i talked to make my trip executive it they help me to get room changed otherwise hotel executives denied to have any room vacant my day got spoiled to be there even for 1500 rs this property doesn't add value for money highly disappointed not recommend

Nice location about 3 km from main pahalgam market in a serene location with wonderful view of the mountains from the room food was good although limited items in breakfast and dinner buffet

It is the best place to stay in pahalgam, right from rooms to hospitality, it’s impeccable. The rooms are super neat and clean, very well maintained unlike most hotels of pahalgam and gulmarg wherein you are paying hefty charges for pathetic quality of unclean rooms. The hotel itself is beautiful with a beautiful view. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay and the food is hygienic and tasty; the serving staff go over and above to serve you food. For instance, i requested for a coffee and ta-hair made an excellent stirred and frothy cappuccino for me. Special mention to jun-aid also for his hospitality at the restaurant. Extremely happy with the hotel and will recommend everyone to book it blindly. However someone with knee pain, please be mindful that you will have to take stairs to enter hotel but that’s with most hotel in kashmir. Please keep up the good work pahalgam pines team!

The place is located at such a beautiful hillside, the view is mesmerising. The hotel amenities are good and maintained well. Will recommend it to everyone who is planning to stay in Pahalgam

Property is nice, location is also nice. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Mountain view is in front of rooms. However food options are not that great.

Location is good but i got back view room in spite of early booking about four months prior to my stay at the hotel and for which i paid 20k (approx) for 2 days which is not satisfactory.

The property is excellent and gives superb view of mountains. However, the location is around 3. 5 km from main market so connectivity is an issue.
