Room was decent but washroom was too bad. Too small to sit on a toilet seat and seats weren’t even fixed to the wall or floor. Also you won’t get anything else to eat other than dal chawal. You will have to travel to main market to get something else to eat

Rooms are not so good. Breakfast having a few options so please don’t go for breakfast included in room bookings. Bathroom are also so so. Overall 2 star out of 5

Valley view in pahalgam we have booked is very bad rooms window broken, they don’t switch on heater, break fast also bad, even the helpers in the hotel bad we stayed with fully cold, please return our money i am going to write the review

We stayed here for couple of days. We were lucky to get the best room in the hotel. View of the valley and hotel lawns from the room was fantastic. The food quality was not bad. Hotel allowed local shawl vendors to enter into premises and this becomes little nuisance when you are just walking around enjoying the nature around.

We took 2 rooms for 2 nights for Rs, we are charged ₹ for 1 night for 1 room which is not at all a great stay. No breakfast included, geezer not working, worst food in restaurant with high prices, half the menu is not available, simple room not at all worth for that money, half of the time Wi-Fi is not available. Only the good thing about property is location, the view is good from the property and glacier river will be passing in front of the property.

Valley view resorts hospitality and maintenance is worst. They are providing used towels and food is not good.

Excellent stay fully satisfied with location, facility, staff, food and everything. Come here for full relaxation and serene pristine views of the valley. The lidder river flows at the front with clean water.

Staff was rude and uncooperative, they don't listen to customer. Property was average not that too great, washroom was unhygienic. Food quality is bad no taste at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone only because of valley view staff.

No service, horrible food. No option in food taste is bad. Rooms are ages old and looks like some dharamshala. Please do not book this hotel at any cost

Unattended reception and poor food availability and quality

Very unprofessional hotel. No one used to be at the reception most of the time. We had to wait for 30 mins plus every time we were at the reception. Limited food options at night, hardly anything you can order if it’s not the regular dinner. Poor food.

Their kitchen staff was less and they were asking to opt for buffet and not ala carte. Though they had limited options in buffet. Breakfast was terrible. Starting from tea, poha, toast, upma. Each and everything. We went 3 couples so ideally preferred rooms together. But they had 2 rooms on first floor and 1 room in ground floor. Service was also not good.
