Totally upto expectations. Only thing is ventilation in washroom shahid bell boy mudasir reception and owais reception tawkeer hk food is awesome.

5. *best place to stay in phealgham* welcome resort this resort is a paradise. the staff is very nice,all te food you get here is so yummy,the service is fast and the laundry service is the best of all. thanks to— shaid (bellboy) tawkir (housekeeping) mr mudasir, mr bilal, mr yunis sir, mr shavir sir and others are perfect host and make us comfortable.. warm thanks regards ashok sharma & family

It was a very delightful stay at the hotel. Excellent hospitality. Service was really nice. Manager mr. Bilal was very helpful and mr shah-id bellboy, mudasir at the reception took excellent care of us.

Great experience, loved the stay. Shahid bhai and bellboy are great hosts and are really helpful. The hotel is located at the perfect place. The food is great as well, bilal bhai and mushtaq bhai are also really helpful. Chef asif and zahoor make really good food, some of the best food in pahalgam

The property is situated at a very good location, near pahalgam. The food is really excellent and the staff is super friendly. Shabeer the manager takes care of the guests at a very personal level and i will recommend people to book this place for sure if you are visiting pahalgam

Amazing stay at welcome resort pahalgam. New property, neat and clean, very good location, friendly and polite staff in all the departments of the resort management. Food was tasty and delicious. Bilal bhai, ashfaq bhai, irfan of tulain restaurant and housekeeping staff were very polity and well behaved. Thank you for the amazing and comfortable stay

5. Had a great wonderful stay with my family @welcome resort. Thanks to mr shabir, manager for arranging a awesome suite room with all ammenties. For us. From breakfast buffet to dinner buffet. Every food item is scrumptious. Quick service! thanks to all staff. Especially mr hadi, executive manager for good dealing and housekeeping staff. Ayaz and shahid. Must visit 10/10 rating

We came here for family weekend relaxation getaway from busy city schedule. It was thoroughly calm soothing in nature s arms. Quiet surrounding. , mountain view of back side rooms. Food was covering all indian cuisines from south indian north indian everything. The grass lawns were play area s for kids

Very courteous staff. Very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I would suggest a little improvement in -in room dinning preparation of food. However overall a very good experience. Will surely suggest the place to friends. Staff is open to help.

Misleading property details and poor experience

Non-functional air conditioning: upon arrival, we discovered that the room's air conditioning was not working. This was extremely disappointing, especially stated that ac was available. When we inquired about this at the reception, we were told that the ac was unnecessary and the temperature would cool down in the evening. This explanation was not acceptable, given the hot conditions during our stay. Lack of basic amenities: there was no elevator in the hotel, which caused significant inconvenience. The rooms were not equipped with ceiling fans, and after much argument, we were reluctantly provided with a table fan. There are exhaust fans in bathroom/toilets unhygienic conditions: we were advised to open the windows for cool air, but this led to an influx of flies and mosquitoes. This was particularly distressing. Misleading information: the details provided about property were grossly inaccurate, leading to significant discomfort and inconvenience.

Good hotel with good location and restaurant. The hotel is situated 4 km before pahalgam, so surrounded by mountain and close to lidder river. Room size is very small.
