Property location is beautiful though a but off track. Very friendly staff as it was my son's 13th birthday, they took initiative to decorate the room beautifully and arrange for cake. Pool, live music at dinner were good

Vivanta is a beautiful property with a very professional and humble staff. Food was really good. Just a glitch is the bumpy ride to reach in the last few kms of the hotel. Overall it is highly recommended.

I am surprised that while customers were having dinner, managers started to have their dinner. I thought that staff can only eat after customer dinner time but was surprised to see that laxity given by vivanta to their managers

Everything was excellent except the road leads to the property was very bad condition. Once you are in property, you are cut off the world. Not recommendable until road constructed properly.

I found the stay via mmt, the stay was very nice and the property was scerene, i booked the stay for celebrating 25th wedding anniversary and it was completely worth spend. Hotel staff was very cooperative, friendly & diligent really took care and made sure that we have a good time during out stay at vivanta.

Our stay at vivanta sikkim was terrific. The staff was very hospitable. Starting from checkin to checkout staff took good care of us. Last but not the least, the gala dinner on new year's eve was wonderful, there was a lot of good food, hats off to the chefs to prepare such a grand, good looking and tasty food. Kishan and other staff members were quite helpful through our stay.

It was a nice experience, staffs are very humble and welcoming. Food is also nice. Location is also nice you can have nice view from your balcony. Overall the experience is great. Only drawback is the road to the location. It will take upto 1 hour from ranipool. Do visit if you want peace and if you love nature.

The hotel was very nice and away from the city bustle. Very quiet place and elegant. The only thing is that it is 25km from the main city and cab drivers didn’t want to go for that much distance and change you high so be specific about your hotel when hiring a cab.

We had a wonderful stay here. Never expected that taj can be so comfortable and beautiful in the midst of nowhere. It’s a perfect place for complete rejuvenation and peace. A must visit for anyone staying close by and the metro people we all need this holiday for sure. Good hospitality the staff the chef everyone is very warm and make an effort to give personal connect.
