We had a wonderful stay, and the staff at the front desk and restaurants were exceptional, showcasing great hospitality. Rishikesh, the restaurant manager, was especially kind and took the time to connect with us, ensuring we were comfortable. However, we did face a couple of challenges. The lights kept tripping consistently, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was a significant delay during check-in due to a group check-in process, and my room key was mistakenly handed over to one of the group members. Having separate arrangements for group check-ins would be beneficial to minimize delays.

The stay was good but room service was slow. Property is beautiful and the food was excellent too just they should increase the staff if they know they have weddings there in resort

Our stay in fern shelter resort (palghar) was very satisfying. The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, the food is tasty and the best thing in this resort is the service & hospitality. One must visit this property if you are looking for total relaxation.

Hotel is good for couples and families. Rooms are bigger in size. We stayed in fern club room which had a balcony with garden and mountain view. The room and hotel was clean. Room service is also good. Food was delicious. They have a spa which is also worth trying for a relaxing experience. Overall a nice experience. Will come back again.

Had visited the property with family for a stay over the weekend. Except for the approach road and no help from concierge/valet, the experience was good. Food options for lunch/dinner and bk-fast were quite good in terms of quality and spread. Team needs to work on their room service which can be painfully slow at times. Overall a good option for weekend stay and pray for road conditions to improve )

Rooms and staff were excellent but since less occupancy the pool water was not good and it wasn't clean

A must visit property if you love being pampered. Best food, best cleanliness and hygiene and above all best service. Breakfast was awesome. The variety of food they offer is very nice.

It is located in a thick forest area but adjacent to the mumbai ahmedabad highway. The food is good, and the amenities and services are good. Since it is located in a rural area, there is a frequent electricity cut. Eb to dg and dg to eb switchover happens often.
