Room was looking normal but outside area was smoky and was giving negative vibe n not suitable for family. It was a poor experience.

The room was smelling like rotten food the bathroom was very dirty like not cleaned since ages. The cupboard was having used cond#s inside. I left the hotel as soon as i felt that it is not safe to be here and booked another hotel for my stay.

The hotel was in a terrible condition as far as cleanliness is considered. Also there was no provision of dine-in food facility, as was mentioned in the hotel itenary. The location of the property was also very remote.

No lift, flush not working, no towel, approaching road in bad shape. Very old property, all rooms in bad shape. Only saving grace is the service of reception attendant boy who is nice and responsive.

Hotel is ok but not good as per the price. The room ac was working well. Bathroom was clean. But the main issue was that toilet flush was not working properly and when i called the staff for that no one came to check it. It's better to book a hotel in chandigarh side rather than in panchkula in much lesser price.

Excellent stay in hotel while the rooms are good all round. It feels like home. The hotel service is also good.
