No wifi in all the rooms. Had to change rooms 3 times. Reusing the linen. Staff rude. Only front desk staff try to run the show.

i had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. the room i was shown was old, poorly maintained, and had a musty, unpleasant odor. the noise insulation was terrible, and i could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms. when i asked to upgrade, offering to pay extra, the front desk lost the key to the new room and couldn’t accommodate my request. the staff's attitude was apathetic, showing no urgency or interest in resolving the situation. after seeing the condition of the room, i refused to stay there altogether and decided to forgo the payment. i was also placed on the 4th floor, which appeared to have the worst rooms. i strongly advise against booking base rooms in this area of the hotel. overall, my experience was frustrating and well below expectations—i will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

Location is nice and in close proximity with the major markets and near by attraction. Room service was also nice. Food could have been better as there were limited options available. Overall a decent stay for short business trips near chandigarh and panchkula.

Room on floor 4 was given, paint job was poor. Electric kettle provided didn’t work. The room service didn’t respond. No cleaning happened. Some construction work was happening around on the floor all night long with people moving in lobby all night and sound of drilling. The reception personnel were cold. The internet was slow and was disconnecting regularly. The mobile signals were extremely low in room.

I have already raised a complaint and waiting for the resolution! rooms, service, the ac was not working the rooms were dirty, the bathroom was not working, the shower was not working the bedsheet and under the bed was full dirty

Review: i stayed in room 404 and was disappointed with the condition of the room. The bedsheets had stains, and the walls were also marked and dirty. The electric sockets were not properly secured and had loose connections, which felt unsafe. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and did not meet basic cleanliness and safety standards. Would not recommend staying in this room.

Stay was very comfortable however, we stayed only for a few hours as we had to leave for attending a meeting and as such, we could not experience the food etc available in the hotel.

Good location. The parking attendant asks for money for the cab to drop us in front of the hotel. So the cab dropped us on the main road. Check in was smooth. Rooms need some serious upkeep. Everything looked old and about to breakdown. Wi-fi was terrible. Staff was good. They packed a sandwich and couple of fruits when we informed we had to leave super early and can’t stay for breakfast.
