Location - good but road condition poor food - good service - good housekeeping - not good. Washrooms not clean, commode dirty, water jet holder broken, room floor not clean

best peaceful place ever visited. lovely staycation in between mountains. 🏔️ . one must visit this place and stay atleast 2days … food is very delicious. but they don’t serve non veg in saturdays and sundays.. 👍

It was terrible experience because there was nothing to do in location. They were charging extra 500 rs for heater which senseless. Manager was not at all friendly and area of property is way too small.

Location is very quite. There is no place or market around so no other option apart from staying at the property. But the property itself is a charm n a different exp. The staff is way more helpful n polite. They take care n address each n every concern of guests. Food is also good but little costly. Room rent is also a bit higher. Washroom ventilation is not good. Don't go with youtube vlogs, they are making the property overhyped.

Property is fantastic. I had a lovely time with my family. Amicable staff. Only concern is the pricing which is approximately 2500 costlier than offline booking (via the property owner. Otherwise a beautiful experience amid-st mountains, luxury and delicious food. Go for it.

Courteous staff, great location great cottages ( the ones with loft and balcony) food taste good ( however many items on menu not available, buffet item range should be improved for the price range, also desserts need some serious improvement) food item prices reasonable ( given the location) room rent could have been a bit more reasonable. But makes up for it with the location. As far as pangot is concerned, nothing much to do here, so come if you want to 'do nothing' thanks

Perfect location, away from nainital crowd, this place is at the top of the mountain with mesmerizing views and hospitality is of top notch. Good place for a weekend getaway.
