Rooms were very nicely maintained and neat/clean too. Staff is good. Good quality is also excellent.

Very poor service, i have booked with queen bed but holier said that they have only twin bed and he will give that only. There was no proper changing point when i make noise they gave extension. Very poor service from room service and dining room. Dth was not recharged.

Staff does not have even basic training they just ring bell and enter you room without even waiting for you to open ac not working so they have to change room tv receiver not working

Location is excellent. Food quality and variety in breakfast needs upgradation. Upkeep of rear side rooms and aesthetic look atmosphere and cleanliness needs substantial improment. Front side rooms are good. Services were good. My overall experience of stay was satisfactory after changing room from rear to front. This hotel has sufficient scope for improvement, looking at the current tariff and its past reputation.

we are not satisfied with the services of the hotel as the food quality is very worst as well as the staff is not co-operative lift is not working there as we are on 3rd floor after travel-ling of 6 hrs it is not possible for anyone to use stairs. Cold food as well as no proper timmimg of serve we had waited almost 45mints for the breakfast. Sorry we had not clicked any photos

हमारे द्वारा डबल बेड बुक किया गया था परंतु सिंगल सिंगल दो बेड दिए गए. रूम में कोई टिशु पेपर नहीं रखा गया पीने के लिए पानी मांगने पर दिया गया एक रजाई मांगने पर भी नहीं दे रही और कहां गया कि सभी रूम बुक है

It was not an good experience while staying. Tariff is too high as compare to room. It was a old property & not maintain property. Bathroom were to small and room was below average. No variety in breakfast. Food quality was also below average. Overall i would not recommended anyone to stay here.
