The staff does not co-operate, there are mosquitoes everywhere, the property is old, there is no phone facility for quick resolution or communication, the cleaning is not proper, bedsheets and covers are not washed properly- are dirty

The stay was nice and peaceful the hotel management was so obedient and polite. So it was a great day to stay at the hotel

This stay offers decent accommodation, though cleanliness could be improved. Its proximity to pave l station is convenient for travelers. Overall, it provides an acceptable experience, but there's room for enhancement in cleanliness standards.

I found the location my using google maps and the hotel was very nice they welcomed me so warmly they agreed for my needs and my stay was peacefully completed

It's very worst experience. Rooms are unhygienic & very untidy. Staff behaviour was good but. Very small rooms. It's completely different from the image showed

Room is not cleannely mentioned, bed sheets over bed dirty, mosquitoes in side room and mosquito coil not provided.

Hotel is located nearby railways station walking 5 minutes. You can explore indian & chinese food nearby hotel.

Pros: 1. Room was very clean. 2. Staff was very supportive and behavior of the staff was well mannered. 3. Food is tasty. Cons: 1. They have mentioned that there is free wifi available inside the room, but wifi range was not coming inside the room. So, we can't use wifi inside the room. 2. Also, there is no way/facility to connect your phone/laptop with tv. So, you can't watch your favorite song/movie etc. Overall experience: first time, i visited to this hotel with my fiancee. Overall it was a great experience. Staff was very supportive and well mannered.

Bedsheet and pillow cover to much bad i was there for 4 days and in those 4 days they kept the same bedsheet and pillow cover.

Room were not well maintained. Very damp and shady place. There was a foul smell in the corridor. Not worth the money at all. Pictures which have been uploaded are very old. The current condition is torn.

Nkt far away from railway and bus station and quiet environment. Nice place and nice location and good place to stay for 1 day

Hot water for bath was not available. Shower tap & bucket in the bathroom was broken. I had to bath with cold water by sitting under the tap in traditional way. Tv had only 3 paid channels running. Rest other things were okay. So i will rate average.

well, staying at hotel vrindavan, panvel was economical; however, the customer service wasn't up to the mark. the hotel doesn't provide breakfast facility even if you are ready to pay because their kitchen doesn't function between 7 am-11 am. anyway, it's an okayish experience for me.
