Room was a bit shabby and poor in cleanliness. Bathroom was v small. Ac was working. Lift was working.

The place looks lavish from the exterior but once you inside it's like an old mansion which deserves lot of maintainance. For starter the washroom door from inside are gotten placid due to imbibition of water n there ain't no door mat rather towels used for that purpose. The place was not cleaned as well

I did not had a satisfactory stay. I booked an elligant room for 2 days. They gave me a grace room for the first day and a premium for the second. Without informing me in advance. I had to ask for every single thing which should be served already. Hence i wasted a lot of my precious time in communicating with the hotel. Thankyou

Rooms are ok for a short stay, interiors are not good, polite staff and very helpful. Immediate action is taken if any complain. I would rate this hotel 4 on 5, i will appreciate it if the interiors and paints are taken care of on our next visit. Buffet spread and food quality is also good

Room condition was not good. Toilet was damaged. Drinking water service is not provided. No tea or snacks during check in or check out. No option to change the room or room which was shown and actual room condition was not good.

It was a very bad experience, the room service was not good. Room is smiling, the bedsheet and pillow cover are smiling, no hot water in bathroom.

Rooms were ok, but not worth the cost. Unhygienic and not clean. Better order food outside rather than in hotel

Stay was good but i requested kettle to room which was not fulfilled but rest everything was good. Wanted kettle to refresh which i felt was lagging.

Room condition is so poor as per price. In bath water coming from ceiling. Out side all ok but room is below standard. Fan makes notice. Charger boards all not working. Curtains are very dirty. No bucket or tub in bathroom. In short don’t go.

"lovely hotel lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.

It's very old and dirty rooms cockroaches are more not working ac proper np working electric plug bed sheet and pillows was smelling bad. I didn't took photos you can cheek room by yourself where i stayed

The hotel windows are not even closing. It's not safe. If some one comes through the window who will take the responsibility. Such a waste of money
