The hotel was very shady with no locks to the room. Fans and ac were not working. Bed was broken

The room was not clean. The room service was not good. The washroom was so dirty. The besdsheet was not clean. The phone they have given to us for room service was not even working. The towels were smelling. The hotel staff was not cooperative.

The rooms as shown are not usually provided the care taker taking far granted room rent shows us the most filthy room in the Hotel. It is requested that the picture of room and room no may kindly be incorporated in booking so that last minute cont overly may be avoided.

Too bad experience, I would never go there again. Hotel manager demands extra money. AC was not working. Even they have not prepared my room till 3 o clock. Only thing I liked about hotel is location and parking space.

Hotel is OK types. Not really preferable if you are travelling with family. Not bad for a stay with friends overnight in case you are going somewhere ahead of Pathankot. Hotel is not really the one which you can consider safe, but nevertheless you have to be vigilant for sure when in this.

Not as expected

Hotel was not good as expected from outside, bathroom tap fittings were not operating properly, they were jammed, there was no availability of hot water in shower tap fittings and shower is also not present. Communication intercom not working, food was good and towel in room was not available already.

Absolutely horrid experience. Filthy room, dirty en suite, unclean linen and towels. No room service. The on site restaurant was too dodgy to sit in and eat with family. Had to go to the nearby mall to eat. No allocated parking spaces, TV did not function. Never staying there again.
