No toiletries, no towel, room not sealed properly, all ventilation open. Only positive is decent behavior by staffs.

1 terrible experience however staff was good and polite but the rooms were extremely awful. The bed sheets were smelly and dull. Toilet was dirty and unhygienic. Worst night stay ever in this so called d-hotel.

Our room was decent with air conditioning. However, there were mosquitos. Overall a good hotel with perfect location. Don't expect wifi in all rooms.

We stayed here for max. 3 hours to freshen up. As we had to go Khajjiar which was 5 hours long journey. Staff behavior was good. But food prices are bit higher in comparison to the hotel standard. Otherwise, okay.
