Average 3 star hotel, noise from adjacent rooms is clearly audible. Dj at roof top played late night.

1. Disturbing guests late at night for aadhar card after check in 2. No room service, telephones do not work and even after asking for something from reception you do not get what you asked for 3. Dead mouse found while sitting in pool 4. Room amenities like fridge do not work

The hotel is an old property, staff is unprofessional, they just expect tips, there is no proper parking, the parking is in a basement, which has a ramp, which is unsafe, the room i got had a scary lizard.

Not good place to stay for solo business trip.

I was in solo business trip and stayed at the hotel from 23. 10. 24 to 23. 10. 24. Rooms are ok, bathrooms having less light and the bathrooms doors were not locking. No response from reception as i have informed. Food is good but too costly. I have asked for tax invoice at the reception, at the time of check out. Front desk told that they will send my tax invoice over mail & whatsapp as there system was not working that time. I have called 03 times to hotel for tax invoice, each time they assured for sending the invoice, but till date and time, i haven’t received it. I think hotel management don’t believe in long term relationships with customer, as per their behaviour. I will suggest solo business trip people, not to prefer this property.

A well made infrastructure of the hotel with total mismanagement. Don’t ever get involved with map plan which they offer. It costs you around rs 1300/ and supposed to cater for buffet lunch/ dinner and breakfast. However when you reach for meal, there will be no buffet but a la carte with selected options. It is better to order on your own. Breakfast also has limited options

Room is good. Food quality average. Hygiene of the dining hall is poor, saw cockroaches. Service response time is very high. Will not recommend to friends.
