1. Staff behaviour is pathetic 2. Services and facilities are not up to the mark 3. Room size is small as compared to one that we see 4. Some services are not available despite having highlighted like laundry service, toiletries and more 5. You will find holes in the room's door

Location is good just the opposite of krisi bhaban, but the rooms and service are the worst. Full of mosquito, even they don't provide any liquid mortin or anything. They don't provide water bottles till you ask. A/c and for hot water every time you need to ask for switch on that.

Hotel is adjacent to main road. Noisy if you're getting front rooms. Rooms are quite small and lack basic amenity like kettle to heat water. Overall satisfactory stay

The bed sheets were not changed. Hairs and spots were there below the pilow in the bed sheet. Room service is very very slow. And ask for mosquito repellent, otherwise they are not keeping it in the room on regular basis
