Sir, i have 34 long years of travel experience and i must say that never before i experienced such an unpleasant stay in any hotel. I booked the hotel for 4 nights, but on the 3rd day morning only, i was told by the hotel authority to vacate the room as the said room had been reserved for marriage purpose. Offcourse, the man in charge said that he would make alternate arrangement for us, but he did-not disclose the details such as where the next hotel would be or how he would arrange transportation for us. As choosing my stay is my own prerogarive, i preferred to select hotel on my own rather than being unceremoniously removed from settled position. Though nothing great can be told about this hotel in terms of cleanliness, staff behaviour, elevator functioning or washroom accessories etc, but we smilingly adjusted all these shortcomings only to be humiliated by your hotel staff. I have equal resentment against the booking agent makemytrip as they did nothing to ensure partial refund to me.

Not clean rooms, old not maintained property

Room was in pathetic condition. Mattress was broken, fan was full of dust and table were dirty. Walls were spitted. Furniture were in very poor condition. The photos were quite misleading

The pictures that have been shown are totally different in real life. The rooms are not as per the standard. The washroom and the toilet were very dirty, which we were not able to use. Blankets were found dirty in the cupboard. The wifi was not working. No water bottles and toiletries were given at the time of check-in. Lots of other minor issues we have faced.

Rooms are very poor condition, blanket smelling and not wasted more than 3 months. No water from nigh to morning, complementary breakfast having very poor system, hotel person forcing you to rate good after such poor experience. Pols don’t stay this type of hotel where hotel manager not aware water issue in hotel.

Very nice experience and well maintained hotel. Best for family and couples also. Staffs are also good in behaviour.

1. Washbasin tab was free 2. The mattress was not comfortable (spring was seeing) 3. A/c was not in good condition 4. Breakfast is not ready till 8:30 am whereas i have already paid the money, i had told the room service that pleas provide the breakfast at-least at 8: 00 am as i have to catch the train which was scheduled at 09:20 am. So i decided the forgot about the breakfast and catch the train. Terrible and horrible experience

No proper customer service by the hotel. The care taker are rude and does not provide you what you ask from them. Misbehaved with the outsider.

The first room they offered didn’t have ac running & i had to change to the room later. The rooms were small & pretty average hotel.
