There was no water supply, no drinking water available, geyser was not working, dirty room, no room service. When i talk with the hotel manager than they talked to me roughly and told to me that go out from my property.

Breakfast was not ready till 9 am. Majorly kind of lethargic services. Location is ok as it is in residential area. It's kind of bed and breakfast scheme.

The hotel was clean, hygienic and the staff followed all precautions and was welcoming and courteous. I stayed at this hotel for a one day the property and rooms were clean, hygienic and all covid precautions were adhered to. The entire staff was welcoming, courteous and took proper covid precautions.

It was my second time to stay in the hotel. The property is well located. The location is really accessible. I opted for a room breakfast included. Food was good with decent options. I would say this property is a real deal.

I loved the safety protocols they were following, starting from the luggage sensitization to temp check and in-room hand sanitizer. Every staff member was wearing a mask. Cleanliness was top-notch. They are providing great service on call. Everything was pretty awesome. I left a thank you note on the table for the staff who are working day-night and giving their best.

It is a good property for business visitors. The hotel staff is very courteous and polite. I had a great time staying here as the rooms were super comfortable and neat.
