Room was ok and location is near to the patna junction. Food was also up to the mark, geyser was not functional so got difficulty in bathing.

The hotel was decent for the price range. I upgraded to standard non ac and although it was a little smaller, it was fine as i needed a room for sleep only. Room and bathroom was clean but some stain marks were there in bedsheet and towel. It looked like it was washed properly but the stains were persistent. I think that such bedsheets should be discarded. Anyways, everything else was fine and the location was not far from railway station. I liked the stay.

Room was not appropriate. Paint smell continued till stay only 1soap and 1 shampoo pouch was provided for 2 personnel after asking more they provide 1 soap only for another day i have to ask again no oil was provided

Cons- room was very cramped, bed length too short (i am 5feet 9inches and still my foot stuck out, no storage space. Pros - staff behavior, location, affordable, in house kitchen.

First of all the room was really small. For this price range, i would have got really good hotels. Unnecessary disturbance was there. Overall, it was not good.

The stay was good. The staff were very polite. Specifically considering the staff in the night shift. But there were certain issues with geyser and tap. Service was also good.

The room was not upto the mark as there was a bad smell in the room but after raising my concern the room was changed & that was upto the mark.

Overall good experience with hotel and the make my trip. The hotel i had booked were a deluxe ac room but when i reached there i got a ac standard room with less space not delux room. Rest everything was good.

Hotel room size is too small and cockroach are travel-ling here and there on all the hotel and beds, stop behaviour is very bad and unresponsible they do not care of any type of persons hygiene room of the hotel was fully dubbed.

The location of the property is good and the food is also good but cleaning is on average they are not changing bed sheet on every day otherwise overall is good

Location is close to train station, good lift, clean room with very good hot water. Reception is nice and quick check in. Good airconditioner, tv was working, intercom facility, comfortable beds, sheets, towel.

Horrible check in process. No food order accepted by reception. My train was running late. Noisy ac or can sound. Can't sleep properly. Dirty washroom. Water of washroom coming in room. No food provided.

Booked hotel fort, room 303 (ac standard ) via mm t - honest review i recently stayed for two days at hotel fort, room 303, and was quite disappointed with the experience. The room had dim lighting, creating a gloomy atmosphere, and lacked ventilation due to the absence of a proper window. The old window ac was particularly frustrating, as it made a loud, constant noise that was incredibly irritating. Moreover light goes away every now & then. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority, as the room was not serviced daily, and basic toiletries were not provided. The bathroom was small, adding to the discomfort, and the overall hygiene of the room was below par. The only redeeming factor was its convenient location, close to patna railway station, but even that isn’t enough to make up for the other drawbacks. Overall, i would strongly advise against staying at this hotel.
