1. Insufficient staff only one waiter that too from 9:30 am to 6:00pm that too not available during 1:30 pm to 2 :00 pm 2. No room and toilet cleaning 3. Very rude behaviour of girl receptionist even after talking on mobile with some ms divya from mmt overall rating 0/5

The hotel is not maintained properly. Except the main receptionist, all other staff is unprofessional.

It was a terrible experience, i never expected this. No service at all. No body was available on reception. Breakfast included in price but no facility for breakfast. By god grace i didn’t book the lunch/dinner. No body available on reception. Service boy is not able to understand hindi.

The ambience of the hotel & room was very much shabby. Stay was not pleasant and not worth of the money paid. Mmtp should avoid this type of service to the customers. Thank you

No food. No breakfast. Bed sheet was not clean. No room service. It is not a hotel type of bed was not good. As my children were at risk to be fallen from bed. Dirty bed sheet.

If u book total Pallavi third one have to sleep on the floor and for that u had to pay good amount. No parking facility, no staff, have to wait in the parking longer for the bell boy to come n oil the luggage. Overall it's not recommendable Hotel at this price. Many other good options are available in Patna in this price.
