Seems they don't care about cleanness an all. Dirty blanket and bedsheets, not cleaned bathroom, ac was not working properly and after charging this much they are not not providing even sealed water bottle.

The stay was disappointing as the tab wasn’t working, and the mattress and bedsheet were unclean. The room was in poor condition, with even the pillow covers being dirty. It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience overall, leaving much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

There was no tv no internet. Internet was not working properly. Tata sky money was not paid by the hotel so you can not watch the tv room was so smelly that you can not even stand. Two times requested to room service for room freshener.

I stayed for 2 days. Found mattress damage after so many call they change the room but it was unfortunate again they provide me damage mattress. I am suffering from cervical i didn't sleep for both night. It was a horrible stay for me there. Breakfast was also not upto the mark. Service is very slow. Towel was not clean.

horrible room, dirty linen & pillow cover, no mineral water 💦 complimentary at this price which is normal across all hotels, washroom dirty & dirty towel, no hand towel, broken basin and shower seems of independence period, no dustbin in washroom!! basic amenities missing & reception is also pathetic

Stayed from 19th to 22nd nov'24. Ni maintenance of rooms. The toiletries given on the 1st day only. Requested to change the towel on the very first day as there where black marks on it, however not changed. Tea was served in an half broken flask.

No amenities I have found there. Service is not up to the mark ( Housekeeping number itself is not available. you need to contact reception at least 5 times then they will send the requirement ).. Food is also not properly covered at the restaurant.. No reminder call for Breakfast or Dinner.

The standard room is very small. They don't provide any electric kettle, they will give dental kit if u ask at-least 2-3 times, they will only give 1 towel for 2 guests, you can get 1 more if you again ask 3-4 times. There rooms don't even have a dustbin you have to ask 3-4 times for that also. The room service is also pathetic. If u order anything from the restaurant you will get it once you call again and the waiting time will be at-least 45 mins. Only there food is good and affordable.
