The rooms are good, the location of the hotel is also good. But the washroom is very dirty, even after complaining they do not clean it.

It is excellent experience to stay in this hotel. All room equipments are neat and clean. Their is sufficient water supply availability.

Not stayed in hotel bcoz rooms are not clean. Complained on same day for refund but still waiting for my refund worst experience hope they will respond soon

It was great to stay at sgi. It provided good facilities with low price. I didn't think it's possible to get a hotel to stay at such low price in city like patna but sgi has made it possible by providing good hospitalities.

Concerned Hotel charging us 30 Rs per water bottle, whose MRP was 20 Rs.. Also behaviour of staffs were not good…

Location is good, staff behaviour is good, quick room service, but there is some electricity issue some times, due to which some tume ac get off but fan is for backup mode, i stay here for 4 day overall experience is good

The television was not working on first day. Second day it was repaired but not able to change channels. Ac temperature was fixed on 21 degrees and was not able to increase or decrease temperature. When i woke up today the room was filled with water due to rain. First i thought water came from ac but amount of water was more so probably there was some leakage in room because window was also closed but rain water came inside room.

I stay non ac room and I request an upgrade room bot no response and non ac room after electricity cut fan is off if fan bhi nhi chalega to kasai rehaiga koi bhi

Very bad service ac was not working fan are also in bad condition i feel tooh much hot temperature and humidity washroom was in very bad condition. Room service was not good. Very very bad experience.
